Imprinting
Our modern technology gives A&L the capability to imprint lettering, logos, and graphics two ways; hot stamping and pad printing. The style and shape of the handle has an influence as to the process of imprinting that would be required. Hot stamping method uses a magnetic steel die, made to order based on customer specifications, and is normally used for basic imprinting on fluted handles.
The pad printing method transfers a quick drying ink from a customize printing plate, again based on customer specifications, onto the placement designated on the handle. This process is recommended for rubber grip type handles and larger handles with more of a radius and more of a detailed logo or graphic.
